As we barrel towards a new administration in a post-Chevron reality (quite the one-two punch there, if you're interested in the fate of the Administrative State) there're a lot of interesting times ahead in the World of ERISA, and I look forward to spotting (or even manufacturing?) continuing pop-culture interlocks (because that's what I do).
