A shout-out needs to go to Crain's Pensions & Investments, whose Top 10 (or, as we shall see, 11) somewhat ERISA-centric wrap-up story this year is titled, with a nod to arguably the most fabled Spinal Tap line of all (which, indeed, sits proudly to the right in the sidebar to this page), "P&I's top stories of 2024: This year, we go to 11". Now - who dares to say that ERISAfolk aren't cutting edge, cool and all-around fun?
