The (ahem) Hoarier Side of ERISA?

Another one pretty much speaks for itself, and opens up a whole new vista for ERISA attorneys looking to expand their practice. The following is from a March 6, 2012 article in the New York Daily News -

****
A high-end madam who boasted she used cops as security and millions by peddling flesh - including underage girls - to rich and powerful clients has been busted after a five-year probe.

. . . .

Aside from her alleged protectors in law enforcement, [the alleged madam] had many wealthy clients who were serviced at a brothel run our of an E. 78th St. building in Manhattan, according to the DA's office.

The building is owned by a close confidant, a lawyer who "invests her money, helped her set up her business and helps to launder her money," prosecutors said.

Her legal pal has even provided a retirement plan with her ill-gotten gains. . . .

Ya just gotta know where to look for these cute li'l ERISA issues, I guess.
